Frequently Asked Questions
Are all press releases accepted?
No. Press releases are curated for quality and value to our community. Each submission is vetted by our team before publication. If your press release does not appear on the site, it means it was not a fit for the HGI audience.
What happens after I submit my press release?
Once your press release is submitted, you’ll receive an automated confirmation. Our editorial team will then review your content for quality and alignment. After approval, it will be scheduled for publication, and you’ll be notified via email as soon as your press release goes live.
How far in advance should I submit my press release?
We recommend submitting your press release at least 72 hours before your desired publication date. Please include your preferred date and time when submitting. While we’ll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines, expedited requests cannot be guaranteed.
When and where are Premium press releases distributed?
Premium press releases are published on the HGI website, featured in our newsletter, and shared on our LinkedIn channel to maximize visibility and reach.
Do you offer discounted rates for multiple releases or for agencies?
