Hertzman Global Intelligence LLC (HGI) is both a website and email newsletter operated in New York City, New York, United States. HGI provides business intelligence, news, and insights on the global supply chain and related industries.

HGI collects subscribers’ first and last names, title, company, and email address.   • You grant HGI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and promote your content across our platform, newsletter, and social channels

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any content at our discretion.

All content, branding, and materials on HGI (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of HGI or its licensors.

Content Policy

HGI’s press release service is a curated resource for our community and partners.

Approval. All submissions are reviewed and approved at HGI’s discretion, based on factors such as accuracy, credibility, relevance and news value. We reserve the right to decline or remove any content.

Topics. Appropriate submissions may include announcements related to product launches; partnerships; leadership changes; financial reporting; research or survey results; and mergers, acquisitions and investments.

Submissions will not be accepted if they include false or misleading information, overly promotional content, opinions, advertisements, poorly written material or anything deemed inappropriate by the HGI team.

Format. Keep headlines short, using no more than 15 words. Be sure to include the company name and capitalize each word. Ensure press releases use a neutral, factual tone, and check for spelling and grammar mistakes before submission. You will not have the opportunity to edit the release once it is submitted. All releases must fall between 400 and 1,400 words.


Fulfillment Policy

Publication. Standard and Premium press releases are published to the HGI website. We will aim to publish on the requested date or soon thereafter. Premium press releases are linked the HGI newsletter as well as LinkedIn.

Cancellation and Refunds. HGI does not offer refunds on press release submissions. If for some reason you need a release removed from the HGI site, please email us at eric@hgi.com.


Cookies

HGI may use “cookies” to gather non-personally identifiable information. Cookies are small text files transferred to your device that collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior data. This information is used to track your use of the website and compile statistical reports on its activity. Visitors can disable cookies by adjusting their browser settings or using the banner displayed on the website homepage upon their initial visit.


Opt-Out or Unsubscribe

You have options regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. When you receive promotional communications from us, you may choose to stop receiving further communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication. You may also contact us via email at privacy@hertzmanintel.com to opt out (please include “Opt-Out” in the subject line). Despite your preferences, we may still send you non-marketing communications regarding services you receive. Should you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you may click the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each newsletter and/or contact us at privacy@hertzmanintel.com to be removed from our distribution list.


Google Services

With your consent, HGI may use third-party services, including but not limited to Google Analytics, to access your Google user data. You will be notified prior to accessing your Google user data and must authorize your account credentials. The Google user data accessed by the website is limited to user contacts and is used solely to allow you to email those contacts directly from the website. This data is not stored or shared by us.


Security and Account Protection

We use reasonable technological and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. While we follow generally accepted industry standards, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, while HGI uses reasonable efforts to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and your use of our website and services indicates your agreement to assume this risk.


California Residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents enhanced rights with respect to their personal information collected by businesses. These rights include:
